Questions before you book
What do I need to bring for my dog's first visit?
A current rabies certificate — email it ahead of time or bring it with you. Walk your dog first if you can; a calm dog grooms better.
Do you take matted coats?
Yes. Brushing out a matted coat hurts, so if we can't get through it comfortably, we'll shave short and talk with you about a plan going forward.
Can I stay while my dog is groomed?
It's drop-off, not a waiting room — one dog is in the salon at a time. Drop off in the morning and we'll text you a photo the moment they're done.
What if I need to cancel?
Twenty-four hours' notice, please. One slot is one dog, so a no-show is a whole appointment lost.
